Will the lp60 wear my vinyls quickly.

I currently have an at lp60 turntable and realized recently it was too fast when set at 33 1 3 for most of my lps. But it comes standard on their turntables and certainly sounds a lot better compared to a lp60 i m sure. The audio technica at lp60 turntable i recently reviewed would be a great way to start.
