Why does it feel like i have a rubber band around my ankle.

Xray and ultrasound showed plantar fasciitis tendonitis and heel spur. I have a tight feeling around my ankles like a one inch band is strangling them. It gets tighter feeling and the loose for awhile but never goes away. I ve been having a similar pain today.

I have been diagnosed years ago w chronic pain in my back and legs told i had sciatica and coyxedina but recently i have been having pain issues w feeling of a tightening like a rubber band feeling around my right ankle and my feet feel like they are ice cold and now it is starting to happen in both ankles. I woke up with this pain like a crushing band around my left foot. Epidurals do help but i m not gonna do them just for this stupid pain. I have this on my l foot and the other just mildly so.

I suspect it s idiopathic peripheral neuropathy reported the doctor there is no known cure and it will in all probability get worse. I also had tkr and epidural in public hospital. Nerve and muscle tests did not point to an answer for the symptoms. However i also have a very tight sensation like a rubber band wrapping around the upper calf below the l knee.

The band has suddenly extended farther down and is affecting the entire leg. I had been experiencing tingling at the bottom of both feet and a feeling of tight rubber bands around my right ankle. It is painful sometimes it feels like i m wearing a numbing sock. I have it around both ankles i just had an episode and he the band sensation around my leg just below the knee.

It comes and goes like a spasm and has been doing this for more than 12 hours off and on all day. Tight sock syndrome is a feeling of wearing socks on your feet all the time. Everytime i have a flare i keep the new symptoms i also have more numbing on the right leg. It is very disturbing.
